All things swelled and tight
All things stiff and tingly
The pills help make it right
Exercise is helpful
Stretching is a must
Gotta keep that body movin
To keep away the rust
And when I’m feeling sorry
For all my aches and pains
Just think of all the other
Who’s storms are not just rains
Give thanks for all you still can do
For family, doctors, friends
Who with their caring support and help
To all my needs each tends
But also there’s my loving God
Who listens, comforts, cares
And makes life not just a destination
But a journey full of joy
